hm

Not bad for your first flash, but it runs really slow, it's too short, and it lacks sound. Your animation skills are good, though; just up your frame rate a bit and add some more stuff (a plot, perhaps) and you'll be on the right road.

Oh, yes, and SOUND.

:)

*laugh*

This is one of the funniest things I've seen on NG in weeks. Nice job, and *so* true. I'd love to see a sequel sometime.

5d and 10d.

nice!

*laugh* I see why you like this one so much... I liked it, too. The graphics, although simple, have a lot of style and character, and the sounds and music work really well for this type of animation. The ending was hilarious, too... perfect.

Great work. 5/5, 9/10, and I'll be checking out your other work as well.

that song...

... that song ruined it for me. It's not that I hate the band, but after the 3982738th time of hearing it, I can't take "Sugar" anymore. That killed all of your sound points (except you get 1 for having music at all!), and most of your style points.

That said, the frame rate of your flash was a bit slow. Speed it up a little, add some other sound effects, and you might have something here.

Good effort, anyways.

NICE!

Great presentation, and great use of humour while actually getting the point across. The graphics were well done -- you added your own style to the clock animations, and did it well -- and the sound effects were well done and appropriate. You obviously spent a lot of time on this flash! I hope you get an A... you definitely deserve one.

5/5, 9/10, added fave author. Looking forward to seeing more.

Nice!

Nice work, and no, I hadn't heard that joke. A couple of suggestions:

1. Check your perspective. The huge mountain (in the distance in the background) shouldn't be moving at the same rate as the trees that are immediately behind the characters.

2. I could barely understand the speech, especially of the recording on the phone. Making it a little louder than the music would help.

Otherwise, this is great, and I'm glad to see you submitting again.

Nice!

Yeah, sticks are overdone, but once in a while, something like this comes along that really shows the potential of stick figure work.

Graphics: 9. You obviously spent a lot of time on this. The frames match up with each other (and with the music) quite well, and everything flows really smoothly.

Style: 9. Although things occasionally got choppy, overall the animation is slick, and the lead character is thoroughly suppish. I especially liked the part when the robots first came along and, after trying to push them back, he jumped on the first robot and used its head to kill the rest. Classic.

Sound: 10. High quality, and it needed to be. Great song, too.

Violence: 9. Not too bloody, but it didn't need to be. I loved the pile of bodies... excellent!

Interactivity: Unimportant.

Humour: 7. Funny enough, but it's not a comedy, so this didn't bring down the overall score.

Overall: 9. Excellent work.

I hope you continue submitting high quality, well prepared flash like this. If this is what you can do with stick art, I can't wait to see what's next.

Hi,

First off, congratulations on a great first NG submission. I thought your movie was hilarious, the graphics and execution were great, and the story line was well done, too. Good job... you got my fifen, subliminal messaging or no. ;)

Second, and more importantly, congratulations on being a great new addition to the Clock Crew. Contrary to what some of the other reviewers have implied, being a Clock is not about making crappy flash -- or, at least, that's not the way I see it. Being a Clock is about making flash movies and being proud of your work -- and about supporting the efforts of other Clock artists. Some Clocks have less developed talent than others, but the Clock Crew seems to stick together; they support their whole group, regardless of skill level, and I respect that a lot. And some members of the Clock Crew are amazing Flash artists; StrangeClock comes to mind immediately. Be a Clock and be proud, and screw what anyone else says.

I'm looking forward to seeing more work from you. Oh, yeah, and welcome to Newgrounds.

[5/5, 10/10, author faved. Cheers.]

Wow...

I'm assuming this series is long dead, but I figured it might be worth asking anyway. Great stuff, and the characters are amazing. I hope you'll consider making more!

WHAT.
