Good start, and good idea.

I like the idea a lot. It didn't seem like the other animators really picked up where the first one left off, though; this seemed more like three random films thrown together than anything. Not sure if that was the intent or not.

Either way, I liked this animation, and the music went well with it. I wish more people had participated to make it longer, though.

ZombiePanda responds:

We would have kept continuing it, but the .SWF was reaching towards 100MB. Also, Thanks for the comment. The first part was mine =3

Nice!

Okay, I'm going to try to ignore the whole sickening cheesy aspect of the pet names here (because that really watered the whole thing down and made it obnoxious), and focus on the movie itself. Your animation was great, and the humour was splendid, especially with the stuff going on in the background. The voices were funny (although a little annoying because of the slllooooooowwwww spppeeeeeeeeeeeed at which they spoke). Overall, well done, and overall I liked this animation a lot.

I understand that this was a lovely parting gift for your girlfriend, but please consider leaving the cheese out of it for the rest of us next time -- unless it pertains to the movie itself. There was no obvious romance between the two characters in this movie, so there was no reason for the mushy extras.

That said, I'd love to see more of your work. This was really good and really funny.

yogh3 responds:

LOL... Sickening and obnoxious to one person is loving and nostalgic to a girlfriend. But I do not blame you! ^_^ I am thankful that you (and anyone else) enjoyed the humor. Did you get the thing with the "Hair" aerosol can?
I am glad you enjoyed it! And glad for everyone else who did! For those who did not... sorry. I know you must have felt you could have spent your time a little more wisely.

hm.

Another installment of a great series. Hitler's really got some pull... usually you have to go via China from South to North Korea. How'd he manage that one?

Nice background art, as always. Can't quite make out what he has in his hand, though.

AfroUnderscoreStud responds:

He just walked straight across the border.

Looks interesting...

Looks good. Although I'm usually not big on trailers, this one was truly well done, and I'm actually looking forward to the movie now. Please make it a point to actually release it, 'kay? *laugh*

Watch your attention to detail; eyelashes and eyebrows go *behind* hair, not in front of it. Your backgrounds could be a bit more detailed as well. Use gradients and shading to make your scenes look a little less flat. Those little details will make the difference between an okay flash and a blockbuster release.

Good luck, and I can't wait to see the full version in September.

P. S. "Affect" not "effect". Look up the difference online. Details. :)

FeudalSamurai responds:

Trust me, English is my last favorite class! lol. Anyways, Yes I am going to release Chapter One, and hopefully it will turn out alot better than this ever was! Thanbk You for all rou support and info! I Will be working on backgrounds for a while now! TY!

Nice!

Looks like you put a lot of effort into this one! Ha, Hitler's almost unrecognizable this time. He sure is great at mixing with the locals. I wonder if he likes sushi...

Good job, as always. 5d and 10d.

AfroUnderscoreStud responds:

Hitler LOVES sushi.

Holycrap.

I'm sorry, did you just say this was your first flash movie ever?

... and were you lying, if you *did* say that?

Seriously, this was frigging amazing. Awesome. Loved it. Hilarious in every way. You matched great lines to a catchy song and came up with the perfect images to match those lines, and put it all together in a seamless mass of random -- and did it really, really well.

I'm impressed. Can't wait to see your next project.

5/5, 10/10, and you're on my favourites list. First flash movie, my ass. This is the work of a professional. Congratulations.

FlashBastard responds:

I did some work in Director about 5 years ago... This project was my first experience working with Macromedia Flash (aside from drawing balls and tweening them). Thank you. That was my main focus, to make a 1st animation not LOOK like first animation.

Hm.

Nice submission. I wish you hadn't titled it the same as the other series, because you come across as trying to shoot down the other series. It might've been a better idea to submit it as "ATWI80D X1" or something, just so it would've been clear that you weren't trying to steal a series spot.

That said, this is actually a pretty good parody of the series, and I really did like it. The background scene was hilarious, and Hitler in the car was awesome. Seeing him actually moving was a shock, too... never expected that.

So, good job as a parody, and I hope it wasn't intended to be an attack on a great series.

Ms-Sly responds:

I wanted to improve upon it. Some people understood, some didn't, and others voted without watching.

Some of the fans asked for minor enhancements and got nothing. What would you do?

ROFL

Wow. I missed seeing that SE3 in the green. Congratulations! Gotta go for blue, now.

This one was hilarious... the music made me laugh, and seeing Hitler in green pointing to his green submission was priceless. Great job. 5d and 10d because there's honestly no way to improve on this one.

AfroUnderscoreStud responds:

I wanted a 0 =(

Beautiful.

Yet again, an excellent installment of the ATWI80D series. Seriously, this one was beautiful... the artwork was flawless (as usual) and the background was amazing. I was a little suprised to see Hitler's weight back up; I would've expected Alaskans to be a little slimmer than most Americans, but I actually bothered looking it up, and sure enough, Alaskans are just as fat as the rest of the country (23.5% obsesity in AK)! He needs to get back out of the States quick or he's gonna have serious health issues. :(

He's obviously a good fisherman, though.

5/5, 9/10. Nice.

AfroUnderscoreStud responds:

:)

Nice artwork! I like the comic book style, too. The "complaint" scene cracked me up to no end.

One question: what font did you use for the speech balloons?

Going to check out your other work now... great job.

dancer4ever responds:

I used Anime Ace, its a free font avaible on a number of font sites.

Thanks!! ^^
